The Entertainment Society of Goa announces the “SPECIAL GOAN SECTION FEATURE & NON FEATURE FILMS for the 57th International Film Festival of India(IFFI), Goa which is scheduled in Panaji-Goa from 20th to 28th November 2026. The aim of the Special Goan Premier and Non-Premiere Section Feature & Non Feature Films for the 57th IFFI is to select feature and non-feature films of cinematic, thematic and aesthetic excellence in Special Goan Section, for the promotion of film art through the non-profit screening of these films.
The “Goan Director’s Cut”, a dedicated segment within the Goan Section, will once again provide Goan directors the opportunity to present their distinctive work. This segment celebrates the vision and storytelling of Goan filmmakers, contributing to the diversity and richness of IFFI’s programming.

The last date for receipt of applications along with supporting materials is 15th October 2026. Applications received after the last date may be rejected without any reference to the applicant.
