Content Review Policy (CRP):
1. Purpose
This Content Review Policy outlines the process by which the Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG) ensures that content published on this website remains accurate, relevant, and up to date.
2. Review Frequency
All content on this website is reviewed periodically, and at minimum once every six months, to verify accuracy and relevance. Time-sensitive content such as tenders, circulars, and notices is reviewed and updated more frequently, as required.
3. Review Responsibility
Content review is carried out under the supervision of the Website Information Manager (WIM), in coordination with respective department heads responsible for the content in their domain.
4. Review Process
The review process includes:
- Verifying factual accuracy of published information
- Checking and updating outdated dates, figures, and references
- Ensuring compliance with GIGW guidelines and accessibility standards
- Removing or archiving obsolete content as per the Content Archival Policy
5. Reporting Errors
Users who notice inaccurate or outdated content are encouraged to report the same via our Contact Us page, so that corrections can be made promptly.
