The 56th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) is scheduled to be held in Panaji, Goa from 20th to 28th November 2025. The Chief Executive Officer, Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG), Panaji – Goa invites “Request for Proposal in Sealed Envelope” from reputed and well established Hotels under category:- (i) Budget & 1 Star, (ii) 2 Star, (iii) 3 Star (iv) 4 Star Hotel(s) located within 10 kms (in terms of road distance) from the festival venue i.e. Old GMC for Appointment/Empanelment as Festival Back-up Hotel(s) for Entertainment Society of Goa and for the 56th IFFI 2025.
The Proposal Document should be obtained from the office of Entertainment Society of Goa on payment of Rs. 250/- on all working day from 08/08/2025 till 21/08/2025 before 15:00 Hrs. The amount paid towards the cost of the tender document shall be non-refundable
The completed proposals should be submitted in a Sealed Envelope Super Scribed with the title “Proposal for Appointment/Empanelment as Festival Back-up Hotel(s) for Entertainment Society of Goa and for the 56th IFFI 2025, on or before 21/08/2025 by 17:30 hrs and will be opened on 22nd August 2025 at 16:30 hrs at the office of the Entertainment Society of Goa
