All films must have English sub titles and censor certificate issued between 1st&nbsp;January 2018 to 31st&nbsp;December 2023. The scheme is applicable for all film producers from Goa only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/esg.co.in\/ko\/film-finance-scheme\/\">Click here for more details &gt;&gt;<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The last date for downloading application form will be 24th June 2025 and last date of submission will be 25th June 2025.
