This film won the rare double of a\u00a0Golden Bear at Berlin and the Palme d’Or at Cannes in 1953 but\u00a0when it was first released in America, some scenes were cut because it showed the exploitation of locals in South America, by a corporation. This tense film revolves around four truck drivers who are on a mission to deliver\u00a0nitroglycerine, which is extremely explosive.\u00a0
