  2. \u00a0The competition is open to all individuals\/Teams from the State of Goa.<\/span><\/li>
  3. The judge\u2019s decision would be final.<\/span><\/li>
  4. The Chief Election Commissioner reserves the right to cancel or reframe the rules of the contest\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  5. The judging of the song will be as per the marking scheme provided.<\/span><\/li>
  6. The song could be composed in any one of these languages – Konkani \/Marathi\/ English\/Hindi. However, the song composed in Konkani \/Marathi will get additional marks.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
