This Website Monitoring Plan outlines the process followed by the Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG) to ensure the continued availability, performance, and security of this website.<\/p>

2. Uptime Monitoring<\/strong>
The website’s availability is monitored on a regular basis to ensure minimal downtime. In the event of an outage, the IT team is notified and works to restore service as quickly as possible.<\/p>

3. Performance Monitoring<\/strong>
Website performance, including page load times and responsiveness, is periodically reviewed to ensure a satisfactory user experience across devices and browsers.<\/p>

4. Broken Link Monitoring<\/strong>
Internal and external links on the website are periodically checked to identify and correct broken or non-functional links.<\/p>

5. Security Monitoring<\/strong>
The website is monitored for security vulnerabilities, unauthorized access attempts, and malware. Necessary security patches and updates are applied in a timely manner.<\/p>

6. Responsibility<\/strong>
The Website Information Manager (WIM), in coordination with the IT team, is responsible for overseeing website monitoring activities and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues identified.<\/p>
