Scope<\/strong><br \/>This plan covers scenarios including, but not limited to:<\/p><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3 print:block print:space-y-1\" dir=\"ltr\"><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Server or hosting failures<\/li><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Cyberattacks or security breaches<\/li><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Natural disasters or infrastructure disruptions<\/li><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Accidental data loss or corruption<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>3. Backup Procedures<\/strong><br \/>Regular backups of website data, including content, database, and configuration files, are maintained to enable prompt recovery in case of data loss.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>4. Recovery Time Objective<\/strong><br \/>ESG aims to restore website services within a reasonable timeframe following any disruption, prioritizing critical citizen-facing services.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>6. Communication<\/strong><br \/>In the event of extended downtime, efforts will be made to inform users through alternate communication channels (such as social media) where feasible.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>7.
