The candidates were required to submit their application online on the ESG website in the prescribed format along with supporting documents. The last date of receipt of applications was 06/02/2020.

The list of candidates who are proposed to be called for the Computer Proficiency Test/written examination/driving test based on the information given in the application form is given in the link below. The list of candidates who have applied that have not been considered along with the reason thereof is also is given in the link below.

Accordingly, the list has been prepared as given in Annexure ‘A’ Chief Accounts Officer, Manager (Administration), Manager (Human Resources), Manager (Technical), Manager (Information Technology), Manager (Events), Manager (Marketing, Sponsorship & Public Relations) for applicants who are proposed to be called for Computer Proficiency test/written examination based on the information given in the application form.

In addition, listed at Annexure ‘E’ are the various categories of applications which are proposed to be not considered/not called in light of deficiency reflected in the remarks column of the list. In the event that the issue raised in the remarks column is not resolved by the applicant by the cutoff date mentioned in this Notice, failing it will be assumed that the reason for non-consideration is valid and the applicant will not be called for written examination. No scrutiny of the attached documents has been carried out by the office and the list is solely on the basis of the information furnished by the candidates and will not confer upon them any eligibility or right for selection even if they have cleared the examination unless the documents are verified for eligibility. In the event that a selected candidate fails the verification process, he/she shall not be appointed and the next selected candidate from the merit list shall be appointed if found eligible on the basis of verification.

All those candidates who have applied are required to go through the said lists and check if their names are figuring in the list as well as to verify the details given in the list prepared on the basis of data furnished by them. Absence of names in the list or deficiency, if any, should be corrected by furnishing proof of having sent the application at the office of the ESG or by sending required additional documentation through the email id: [email protected] by submitting an application at the ESG office on or before 23/07/2021 failing which it will be assumed that the reason for non-consideration is valid. No further opportunity will be given to the candidates.

The applications received if any, from fresh candidates, will be rejected.
